It obviously would not be easy, but fortunately, we have a few fun ways to help you get out of bed not because you have to but because you want to.
It is often said there are two ways people can increase their sense of control in their lives; either by trying to change their mindset or feeling towards a certain thing or by building routines and healthy habits and following them regularly which makes them feel more in control of their life. You start off by writing about three things you are thankful for, three things that provide evidence of your success, and lastly, three things you would like to achieve in a day called the daily three methods. It is a powerful strategy to help you remind and give you a purpose for the day and help you remain stress-free all day.
Three gratitudes, this area help you write about three qualities inside of you that you want to be your main focus. Appreciate what already exists and search for more. This exercise helps in attaining greater satisfaction, positivity, better health, reduces stress, and build healthier relationships.
Three brags, you are allowed to be proud of yourself someday and so you can outline three things you have done that have made you proud of yourself. This is a mood buster and helps one feel happier and better about themselves and create a better self-image. We blame people around us for bringing us down but most often we do that to ourselves and we are the harshest to ourselves and thus this activity helps one not do negative talk but instead feel happier about themselves by outlining positive actions.
Three desires, this helps you give a sense of purpose and a goal to work towards. You can be more productive knowing you want to achieve something. You tell yourself what you want for yourself, any wish, or goal. Desire itself is a strong word and goes beyond just something that you want. When you put desire before anything you want, you will experience how more you are connected to it and want to commit to it fully.

If the very first thing you do is unlock your phone and check your social media account then please stop because you are opening doors to negativity yourself. I personally believe social media has made us sad individuals and bring us down. There is too much negativity circulating on these apps and an extravagant lifestyle that can generally put down anyone and hence one should focus on themselves and not others and eliminate any source of negativity. Start off your day by focusing on yourself and spending time with yourself instead.
These ways are small but extremely effective to start off your day with both a sound mind and heart. Embracing them will help you increase the quality of your life and make your mornings beautiful.
